What will your donation go towards?

Each year the Alumni Wall of Honor Committee holds a ceremony at Glen Burnie High School (GBHS) to honor inductees into the Wall of Honor. The ceremony is attended by students, teachers, family members, past graduates, civic leaders, donors, and other distinguished guests. Your support will go directly toward offsetting the ceremony expenses to honor our inductees, thereby ensuring that this legacy will endure for generations. Donors will be recognized in the program for the event.
This year, we’re also taking the Alumni Wall of Honor to the next level by providing scholarships to GBHS students. Often, financial status is a barrier to students looking to be successful in their work-life, family life, and ability to give back to the community. We’d like to provide additional support to a select number of students who do their research on inductees of the Alumni Wall of Honor and explain how they intend to become future inductees.
